Subject to the President of the Republic of Turkey's judgment, foreigners who fit any of the following requirements may be eligible for Turkish citizenship: 

• Establishing a minimum fixed capital investment, as certified by the Ministry of Industry and Technology, of USD 500,000 or equivalent in foreign currency. 
• Obtaining a property with a title deed restriction on its sales for at least three years, as certified by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change, and worth at least USD 400,000 or comparable foreign currency. 
• Generating employment for a minimum of fifty individuals, as certified by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security
• Putting down a minimum of USD 500,000 or the equivalent amount in another currency in Turkish banks, subject to withdrawal
